Enjoy from your screened in balcony, beautiful views of Sanibel Island and sunsets every night over the sparkling waters and barrier islands! Like all of our Fort Myers, Florida vacation rentals, this condo, 535 is well-appointed and sea life inspired. This unit has tile flooring throughout, updated kitchen and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed and the guest bedroom has a Double and Twin size bed. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room and both bedrooms, and a DVD player in the living room. Our stay was amazing. All the other reviews about the dolphins and manatees were correct. We could see them from the balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to cook a few nights. The pool was great!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! The views were absolutely amazing — waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the balcony was unforgettable. The location couldn't have been better, especially being so close to Sanibel Island. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very comfortable and convenient property for a 7 day stay. Had breakfast and lunch in the condo. Dinners at the Marriott next door…just walked right over. No worries about driving…lol

Condo was beautiful, beds comfortable and deck really nice. Would recommend condiments, and spices for renters to use. Hard to cook without them.

Calm, relaxing and plenty to do

We love our visits to the Bay Tower condos. The views are spectacular and there is plenty to do. Or if you want to sit on your balcony, that's a wonderful thing to do as well. Sit at the pool, walk along the water looking for shells or walk around the area. Delightful. And the staff of Resort Harbour Properties are just great. Can't ask for more.

The condo was clean and spotless. The location was great and right next the bridge to get to Sanibel and Captiva. We enjoyed the beaches and the restaurants in the area i.e. Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach. The host kept me informed with regards to access to the unit and was responsive to any questions or issues that I had. The only downside was the construction in the area due to Hurricane Ian destruction in 2022. The area is making a comeback and there were plenty of places to get groceries, food, liquor, gas and other amenities. I can't wait to come back when the area is back to 100%.

The condo was exactly as listed, clean, had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is great, we were able to get everywhere we wanted to visit easily. We saw shark, manatee, and dolphins while were on the balcony having our coffee. The view is spectacular!

Resort was great, great location, very convenient beach access. Beautifully decorated and clean apartment. Beware of local construction noise during the business hours (even on weekends). Nothing insane but the noise is there, they are still doing repairs from Ian. I would go back!

Very accommodating and helpful! The property was in excellent shape. The unit was very clean and well kept. The only thing that I would like to suggest is to have grills on site for guest use during the stay. We had a very relaxing trip. Every evening and every morning we were visited by dolphins that we could watch from our patio. This location is close to everything yet tucked away and quiet. We will be back next year! We plan on bringing friends with us!

We didn't really have a need to require their help, but were very friendly while booking the condo. Was a lovely condo, great layout, fantastic view, had everything we needed (except for a cheese grater). Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home, with stunning views, super clean, organized and with everything we needed. The check in and check out experience was super easy. They had written an email very detailed with all the information. I had also received a call about a week before to provide further information and to answer any of my questions. Savannah was absolutely great managing our special needs for this trip! My sisters and I had just buried our mother a month prior to this trip - we needed a 'getaway' to grieve, relax, reflect - this was the perfect property and place to do just that! The view every evening was beautiful watching the sunset over the gulf from the balcony!The amenities were very comfortable and very clean- the beach was kept clean as well-restaurants in the area were very good. We will book again!

Excellent and pleasant to speak with! The propery was beautiful and spacious for our needs. The view was breathtaking. It is very secluded and not a lot of things to do around the area. In order to get into the basketball courts it was extra. For the money we pd it should be included. We went to Sanibel Island and it was beautiful!
