The expansive glass window walls paired with a generously sized living area enhance the spaciousness of this condo, making it ideal for your group to spread out. This vacation rental features two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, including a master bedroom furnished with a king-sized bed and a guest bedroom equipped with two twin beds. The master bathroom includes an oversized tub along with dual sinks for convenience. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests thanks to the sleeper sofa. Neighborhood: Situated at Sanibel Harbour, right by the base of the Sanibel causeway and sharing the property with the Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort & Spa. Numerous dining options and a complete-service spa are within easy walking distance.

Beautiful place on San Carlo's Bay just before the Sanibel Causeway. Exactly as you see in the posted pictures. Spotlessly clean, with direct access to the beach, and Kelly took wonderful care of us.
Check-in was super easy, and check-out too. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back.

Our stay was great and the location unmatched. We loved having beach and ocean access from our unit and only a few steps away from the pool also. With nightly sunset views - wow! The furniture was also very comfortable and high quality. And 3 bathrooms for our family of 5 was perfect.
We stayed a full 7 nights and did need to buy some things that some rentals come with such as - shampoo, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, because the unity only comes with very limited amounts of these essentials. That would be really my only complaint.
There were some sand things and pool noodles that my kids could play with so that was nice that we didn't have to spend extra $$ on those. There was a small cooler also that we used. A larger cooler would have been nice and a beach wagon/umbrella but we made due without. Overall this was a great place for our family!

As advertised. Beautiful place and location. Loved the view of the San Carlos Bay. Extremely close to all the Sanibel beaches and various restaurants. Nice and quiet. Perfect for a family. Had some additional guests aka lizards, but it's Florida so it's normal. Overall had a great time and would stay here again.

Hands down our best FL vacation yet. The property was absolutely beautiful. Clean, organized, close to restaurants & shops. The private beach was unbeatable. Walked out the back door and went swimming constantly. Even used the pool-it was warm, clean, and extremely well maintained. Already planning our 2nd trip here and we just got home. If I could give more than 5-stars I would. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love coming and staying. Especially your condo. So much room and we love being able to walk out to the beach. We have stayed in your condo more than once and will in the future. Love that you had beach toys and such in the closet. We had a friend with here 1 yr old granddaughter that stopped to visit and she used the sand toys. Thank you!! The only thing I noticed was there was no hairdryer in the master bathroom. I went to the half bathroom to use that one. No big deal, just thought I’d let you know just in case you didn’t know about it being gone. Thank you again!! We always enjoy staying!

Check-in was a breeze! Just enter the code and you're set! Very spacious and felt like home. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. Sliding door was a little hard to get open from outside due to the screen door, but we adjusted :-) Perfect sunset views from the patio.

We recently stayed at the Sanibel Harbor condo with our one year old daughter and her great grandma, and we had the most amazing time! Her uncle also joined us for a fun filled Saturday. We can't say enough great things about this stay. The immediate access to the water via stairs was a huge plus and one of the main reasons we chose this property. It was absolutely beautiful, especially considering how hard the area was hit just two years ago by Hurricane Ian. The restoration and care put into the property truly show. We're so grateful for the memories made here!

An added bonus was the excitement of being able to watch manatee's and dolphins from the room and beach. We were also fortunate to see stingrays jumping out of the water which we hadn't known they could do.

My father and I have been going to Ft Myers beach for almost 40 years. Sadly, Ian destroyed the place we stayed. I had been searching for the perfect place to take my dad and I certainly found it. This is one of the best places we have stayed in Fort Myers. The place was spotless and beautiful. Love being so close to the ocean. The pool opened the 2nd day we were there and we got a special visit from the resort with pool keys. LOVE IT. Plan on coming back!

Spacious. Secluded. Safe. This rental was great for my family of 4 and inlaws. The living was huge. Bedrooms were accommodating. And the kitchen was perfect for cooking in or making sandwiches. The building itself is very well kept, which is nice. The only downside at this time was the pool wasn't working. They did give us a discount, but I wish they would have aloud us to use the sister pool which was 100 feet away. Anyways, we did make the best of it and we'd definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb. Every thing was clean, comfortable, and had what we needed. The AC worked really well and the water pressure for the showers and jacuzzi was great. The morning and sunset views at this Airbnb were so amazing, definitely top notch. Several of our friends stayed at the Marriott next door, and I'm so much happier that I stayed here instead. Unit 137 was perfect for our 4 year old granddaughter with the steps leading to the private beach, where we would enjoy our coffee and milk every morning. The unit was clean as well as the private swimming pool. Grocery store close by for items needed to make a leisurely breakfast or a quick snack after swimming. Thank you
