HARBOUR TOWER 312 at Sanibel Harbour Resort is a relaxing getaway accommodation overlooking the beautiful waters of San Carlos Bay and further to Sanibel Island. Nightly sunset view from your screen in balcony are like no other. This roomy condo has a sofa sectional perfect for TV or outdoor watching. The beach is so close, you can enjoy hearing the waves lap against the shore. Perfect for enjoying a quiet sunset, or having your coffee when the sun rises. Dining is available inside or on the Lanai. The primary bedroom offers a King size bed and a Queen in the guest bedroom with a pull out in the sectional sofa which sleeps up to 6. The location offers easy access to restaurants and shopping, beaches and activities.
Neighborhood: Our Sanibel Harbour Resort community has lots to offer. A number of restaurants are open for your enjoyment, as well as the opportunity to book a Spa Treatment at the large and glamorous Sanibel Harbour Marriott Spa. If you book a treatment, you have access to the indoor pool, steamroom, sauna and hot tub for the day!
Getting Around: Because of so many places to explore nearby, a car is recommended for most visits. If just here for a quick getaway, there is no need for a vehicle when you can spend the day at the pool, and arrange for food delivery or step next door for your meals.
Guest Interaction: We are happy to offer our office on site for both Bay View Tower and the Harbour Tower, however, you do not need to stop by unless you need us to assist with any of your vacation needs.

Is there a charge for parking?
~Parking on site is complimentary, and a parking pass will be found in your condo after you arrive.
Can you find a crib in the condo to use?
~The condos do not provide cribs or high chairs, but the local company Happy Baby Rentals can drop off your supplies and pick up after your visit.
Is there a smoking room available?
~There is no smoking permitted in any condo in Harbour Tower or Bay View Tower
