The condo was clean and spotless. The location was great, right next to the bridge to Sanibel and Captiva. We enjoyed the beaches and the restaurants in the area. The host kept me informed with regards to access to the unit and was responsive to my questions.

Communications, either by phone or email, were answered quickly, courteously, and efficiently. The condo exceeded our expectations. The pictures did not do it justice. Tastefully decorated with what looked like all new appliances, utensils, furniture, etc. The unit was spotless and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

We have stayed in this complex before and liked it a great deal. This was our favorite condo. Beautiful and very well equipped. Great communication. The views are great from every room. The Marriott next store has restaurants so it is convenient if you don't want to drive. As close as you can get to Sanibel/Captiva without being on the island. I would highly recommend!!!

We absolutely loved our condo. The location was perfect. The quiet beach was perfect. The pool was so nice, and our boys loved seeing all of the wildlife- manatees, dolphins, iguanas, etc. We cannot wait to go back.
