If it is your time to travel, you can feel safe knowing that we make our guest’s safety first priority. Our travel-friendly choices allow you to decide how you want to vacation.

Property Cleaning Process:
Our housekeeping team go above and beyond to ensure a clean and safe environment for all our rental properties and offices. Our cleaning team covers an extensive cleaning checklist after each guest stay. TV Remotes, light switches, cabinet pulls, and other high-touch surfaces are some of the areas of focus. We finish off the cleaning process by using a fogger to disinfect the units.
As always, we will provide cleaning chemicals in the unit for guests to use for their own peace of mind.
Bed Linens and Towels:
We partner with Quality Guest Linen Service, a full service commercial laundry company. All of our linens are cleaned at the highest industry standards with maximum water / heat temperatures for sanitation. All linens are individually saran wrapped for transport at the facility and our housekeeping staff will use PPE when handling your linens.
Staff Personal Protective Equipment: 
Our team is fully outfitted in personal protective euipment when cleaning the properties or traveling throughout our work day. We practice social distancing, mandate frequent hand washing, and daily temperture checks for all staff and repair vendors.
 

Contact Free Check-in & Check-out Process:
We provide a contact fee check-in & check out process so you do not need to stand in line or wait in an office to check-in. We’ll email you your property instructions and you are free to check in directly at the property after our 4pm check-in time.

Reservation Buffer:
We have implemented a 24-hour booking buffer between rental reservations.

Reservation Cancelation Policy Change:
We have modified our nonrefundable cancelation policy to be more flexible. Any booked reservation after March 9th or new reservation staying now to Dec 18, 2020 are provided a nonrefundable 10-day prior to arrival cancellation policy instead of the usual 60-day nonrefundable prior to arrival.
We strongly recommend Travel Insurance to avoid a 100% loss of monies paid, should you need to cancel before arrival. (Certain deadlines and/or restrictions apply).  We hope this change will afford you more time to navigate through recent events and plan accordingly with fewer time restraints.

Mask on, Please.  The Sanibel Harbour Condo Towers guests are required to use face coverings over their nose and mouth while traveling through the public areas, building lobby, elevators, etc.  Masks are not required at the pool or beach.  Thank you for helping limit the spread of COVID-19.

Area Updates:
Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach are requiring masks for all individuals going into public buildings, 
restaurants prior to seating, but when seated you won’t have to wear one.
Masks will not be required on beaches, at private residences and at churches.
WHAT IS REQUIRED?
Every person over two years of age should carry a face mask.
Every person over two should wear a mask when closer than six feet away from another person.
Individuals of a business (Owner, worker, patron, etc.) are required to wear a face mask while indoors within that business.
