Kelly brings with over 25 years’ experience in the hospitality industry with an emphasis in upscale Florida resorts. Over 15 years of that was spent at the Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa, next door to the Sanibel Harbour Condos Towers. Her career path focused on the lodging side of the industry to include Registration, Reservations, Guest Services, and Housekeeping/Laundry. Kelly's guest relation and sales skills coupled with her knowledge of the property is a winning combination. Rely on her expertise and experience to professionally manage your second home and not make it a second job for you! Kelly is a licensed REALTOR and Broker.

A graduate from the University of Florida, Amy began her career in the Luxury Resort and Hospitality sector. With more than 30 years of experience in Rooms, Housekeeping, Human Resource and Operations management, the last 15 years were spent on Sanibel Island at the Casa Ybel Resort, a Beachfront Boutique property on 23 acres with Resort Amenities. She has lived in the Ft. Myers area for the last 20 years with her husband and two children.
