Sanibel Harbour Resort: Bay View Tower - 137

Lovely property and location is ideal.

Unit 137 was perfect for our 4 year old granddaughter with the steps leading to the private beach, where we would enjoy our coffee and milk every morning. The unit was clean as well as the private swimming pool. Grocery store close by for items needed to make a leisurely breakfast or a quick snack after swimming. Thank you

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. It was my second time with different friends. Now they want to come back again and bring more people. I can't wait to get back. Very soon I hope.

The unit was great, the location is perfect and the staff is wonderful. The check-in process is a breeze and check-out is a snap. There was a problem with the A/C but you had it fixed within 2 hours. Kudos to all of you!

Beautiful Scenery to look at everyday!

It is such a nice place to come and take in some sunshine and sea breeze. Get away from crowds and relax and unwind.

People in the office were extremely helpful!

We loved it for the fourth straight year. We booked next year for two weeks and are disappointed we can't stay in unit 137 any more. Oh well, we'll do fine on the 10th floor.

The members of the staff were very friendly and efficient.

I was surprised that there was no pizza pan or pizza cutter in the kitchen. Also the sliding glass doors didn't slide at all. Other than that, the property was nicely decorated and comfortable to stay in and we enjoyed our time very much.

The bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. It squeaks every time someone moves and is terribly uncomfortable.

Every team member was friendly, courteous and very helpful. Always upbeat and enthusiastic.

The only complaint I have is that the reciprocity with the Marriott Membership associated with our condo was very deceiving. We were told there would be a charge only for the fitness center, tennis courts and spa. However, there is a charge to stay at any pool on their property to which we were charged a "discounted" fee of $80 for a family rate and they were very unorganized with how to process the fee. Not to mention one person said they would honor military discounts and then charged us the full price. ................................................................................................................................................ The Marriott Membership pass for purchase does allow access to the Marriott swimming pools however it is not required for access to the condo tower pool you are staying in. As part of your rental the tenant has access to the swimming pool for that particular building you are staying in along with access to the private beach directly in front of the condo building, both areas offer lounge chairs.
