This is simply THE BEST condo we have rented with you. We have stayed in several others over the years we have been coming to the resort and this one truly is a home from home! We have already booked for next year...thanks so much for helping to make our vacation so special!

This was our 2nd stay at your property! We absolutely love the place and unit 717 is a perfect "haven". The unit is beautifully decorated and the views were awesome. We are sold and will be your guest again!

I had an excellent experience working with the staff At Resort Harbour properties. I was able to add a day to our vacation with ease. Everyone was very friendly!

We loved our stay at the Bayview Tower 1032. This was our 6th time staying here and 1032 was the best unit yet. Very nicely decorated with a great view. We will be back!!

I went to the office to ask a question and was met with kindness and helpful attitude by Angelo. Also went to the guest services to print out boarding passes and was greeted enthusiastically and they took care of my needs.

The unit we stayed in was beautiful, clean, completely equipped and very comfortable. The grounds were very nice. We used the pool at the condo and the pool and restaurants at the Marriot. The only (slight) negative was the construction noise going on while we tried to enjoy quiet at the condo pool. We just moved over to the Marriot where it was more activity but not the noise of the power tools. We loved the location with easy access to Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel. The property is beautiful and the unit we stayed in was stunning!

Very friendly, professional, knowledgable and welcoming!

We loved it all! Our only suggestions are: (1) a mirror is needed in the spare room; (2)hooks, and towel bars are needed in the spare bathroom, and,(3) a new, unused pan scrubber should be left in the kitchen.

The view is awesome, I could have stayed on the lanai all day, very relaxing. I also understand the room is standard.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful condo unit! View was also beautiful in the wrap a round balcony. The master bedroom and bathroom was great and the bed was comfortable. The living room, dining room and kitchen were all perfect! The guest front bedroom mattress needs updating - it sinks down in the middle (and because it has a built in pillow top - you wouldn't be able to just turn it over either.. And the guest bedroom shower door needs some adjustment because it almost falls put of its track. - which would be dangerous if children ever used this shower one day - our guests were adults using it - and we're just very careful with it during our 8 day stay. On the balcony - it was awkward knowing there was a window ( just a foot away) looking right into our main sitting area of our balcony. Probably awkward for the other condo too - I don't even know a solution for this. But overall - enjoyed our stay - and loved the placement on the gorgeous Marriott property - we ate several times there. And we drove very easily over to Sanibel and Captiva Islands so easily-- (being located at the entrance of the bridge.). I would choose to stay at the condo towers again if we come back one day. It was a pleasure!..................................................... The team are wonderful. So helpful and cheerful and a pleasure to deal with. Hurricane Matthew was threatening Florida before we left for our holiday so I contacted the team for advice and they were extremely helpful, sending me a useful link so that I could monitor the situation and also sending me updates.

We consider ourselves 'frequent flyers' at Resort Harbour Properties as we visit twice yearly whenever possible. It never fails to provide us with a relaxing and pleasurable vacation. Our next flights are already booked and we are already looking forward to 2017!

Had very little contact with but the one time they were friendly and competent

The members of the staff were very friendly and efficient.

I was surprised that there was no pizza pan or pizza cutter in the kitchen. Also the sliding glass doors didn't slide at all. Other than that, the property was nicely decorated and comfortable to stay in and we enjoyed our time very much.
