HARBOUR TOWER 216 is a luxurious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom waterfront condo where you can experience the waves lapping on the shore! No details missed with this professionally decorated property where urban elements meet seaside retreat. Relax from the living room area overlooking the water while dolphins play. A ceiling fan on the patio adds to your comfort on the warmer summer days along with a working desk in living room should you need to stay connected and need a work space. And when it is time to switch off, there is an assortment of board games and cards available to enjoy. The Living room is equipped with a 54' LG Smart TV. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 50'Smart TV and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room if additional sleeping is needed. Sleeps 6. Neighborhood: Enjoy the walking trails around the Sanibel Harbour Marriott and Spa, along with the private beach and pool of the Harbour Tower. Numerous dining options are offered within walking distance on the property.

Getting around: We are fortunate to be located at the base of the Sanibel Causeway, so the ride is a breeze, while Fort Myers Beach is also quite close. Numerous restaurants and shops are within driving and walking distance, so either a car for exploring outside our inlet, or staying close by to relax and soak up the sun on property.

Guest Interation: We offer you the details of checking in on your own, so you may enjoy that self service experience of a typical Vacation Rental, however, our offices are on site, for those who wish for a more service oriented vacation.

~ Yes, there are beach chairs provided for your use, and you'll find beach towels within the condo. Should you be interested in additional beach equipment, Happy Baby Rentals supplies items such as beach umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more. They also offer a convenient service where they deliver and pick up these items at the conclusion of your stay.
Do you need to pay for parking?
~Parking is complimentary at the Harbour Tower. You will find your parking pass inside your room after you check in.
