Neighborhood: The Punta Rassa Communinity rests just past the Punta Rassa boat launch and the causeway bridge that leads over to Sanibel Island. On the same inlet, just around the corner, you will find the Sanibel Harbour Marriott where you may experience dining options of a Steakhouse, All Day Dining, a Coffee Shop, and more.
Getting Around: Easy access to the south Fort Myers area, Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach, shopping and many restaurants. In order to see all that the area offers, a rental car is recommended. The area is well known for our Beaches and shelling which we highly suggest you experience.
Guest Interaction: Our offices are quite close, located around the corner on the Sanibel Harbour Resort property, in the Harbour Tower, and Bay View Tower ground level across from the pool. It is not necessary for you to check in with us, but we are happy to help if you need any assistance during your visit with us.

***Punta Rassa community grounds are currently undergoing a redesign, with completion expected in fall 2026. Some areas continue to receive improvements related to recovery from Hurricane Ian. All amenities are open and available for enjoyment, with the exception of the fishing pier, for which a restoration timeline has not yet been determined.
